Looks like someone has used some ring main wiring in the engine bay

Sorry, I thought this was a forum for selling members cars not a place to advertise auction sites.

Exactly - if it gets a classic volvo an enthusiastic home and a restoration, then wouldnt that be a really good deed to have done to the volvo community by posting the ebay link?!

Apologies if I shouldn't have posted this, but I saw the Ebay post & it seemed like the seller didn't want it to be scrapped. Sounded like that particular car had some history and thought it would be an idea to make some of the Volvo loving community aware that it was up for sale - not everyone trawls ebay on a daily basis.

I am in no way associated with any online tat bazaar or that particular seller so wasn't gaining in any way from my post. Just thought some people would like to know.

I'll avoid posting interesting finds in future.

Ah, dont do that Dave. I think there is nothing wrong in what you did. It was an interesting find that other members may find interesting. I know I did. Keep up the good work! Hugh.

Thanks for the heads up Dave. Always good to get the chance to look at a Volvo for sale regardless of what site it's on.

All the best.

Roy

thanks for the link Dave, I can see your reasoning in posting, just like I posted a link to an eBay auction for an amazon owner looking for a Visor.

It helps build community and trying to help each other keep the cars running and on the road.

Cheers,

Jimbo
