Non turbo petrol ? What is the exact issue?

Watch out as many less expensive ones will cause the secondary O2 sensor to trigger a check engine light and code. This is because these cheaper converters contain less than 1/3 of the honey combs and perhaps even then not all the expensive metal coating. You may have issues passing the mot

Not sure but I think Bosal makes it for Volvo. I would also trust Magnaflow. Don't buy Walker

Same for the downpipe flexible, don't buy cheap ones. Normally it's welded to the converter

the volvo one you have is stainless , I would get a used volvo one if yours is faulty . They are pretty reliable
