Default Rear wiper swap

Random post but... the Volvo rear wiper on the V50 has always done my head in with a very old school wiper blade that just makes the car's back end look old. I'd seen blade conversion kits on eBay that looked the part but all said "wiper blade leaves the window at the top" which isn't very good.

Today I fitted a BMW F40 (1 series) wiper to the V50. Required drilling the mount hole a little larger from 7mm to 8mm but it's now a perfect fit. I can confirm it never leaves contact with the window glass during the sweep. Just posting for info in case anyone has the same OCD as me ;-)

No, both the arm and the blade. The mounting hole was what I had to drill out by 1 extra mm. Cost £25 from an eBay breakers. It's exactly the same length as the OEM Volvo one.
