Hi lads and lassies..my old bus has outfoxed time and discrimination from all quaters..if i was rich i would not be requesting this..if i was clever i would not be requesting this..if i had a hybrid..I"ve gone to far!..I need a serviceable steering rack for a 88 volvo 240DL..my lovely girl!..hj.

Hi bob and louise..lovely people...the first link i think is a manual rack the other i"m watching..its the right one £225 plus £100 deposit plus fitting..I just have not got the money at this time and probably never!..Thanks for your help..hj.

This link is for a rear light but the company breaks classic cars including Volvo 240 (Ashlea classics based Nr. Manchester) I think Facebook is their main route to market so could be worth checking etc. Have you looked at eBay – under breaking Volvo 240:~
3—4 listed at present.

Hi Bob..yes..i"ve contacted this listing...i"m in the process of determining which rack i have..really nice guy at volvo bending over backwards to help..on a lighter note i put my car into we buy any car..they seem to think i"m already dead!..cheers Bob.
