Yes, the rear rings are hidden when compared to the front and are generally fine:~
If you do the fronts it is a straight forward & economical repair. I heated the rings and quickly pushed onto the clean holding area. If the sensors are to be removed I would soak the areas in releasing fluid prior to working on them, just one bolt holding it in place but do the above and gently tap each from side to side as they can be very tight due to rusting, Clean the locating holes up with a wire brush and coat the area with copper grease-- the next owner will love you! Hi, I had a similar problem with my 2003 c70 and tried a couple of ebay modules (unsuccessfully) until I bought a code reader and monitored the wheel speeds.
I had an intermittent bad signal from fwd r/h. I made up a splitter cable so that I could use the l/h sensor for both and system worked perfectly. After a bit of swapping around of sensors found the problem was the reluctor wheel, although I couldn't see anything wrong with it. 2 years later and still good. Hope this is of some help. Keith |
