240 General: wiper motor

Hi again guys,
Havent checked the wiper motor yet just been collecting some info on them...spoke to Dia {classic swede } and just to confirm what he said ..that the left hand drive wiper motors will fit our right hand ones when swapped over,,is this the case,,{and not douting DIA at all } regards Adrian. P.s. The G L Estate 1989 i have is in very good condition and i do prefer to put new parts on it where i can...!!!!!

They’re rarely seen for sale. I’m always trawling for , just in case, stuff. The last one I saw was six weeks, or so, ago. It made £195. Let’s hope yours is ok. 🤞🤞

Well guys,,
I have surprised myself today///But just to recap....I am the type that buys parts even if not needed sometimes...As regard's the wiper motor i had a feeling that i might have one,,,,Yes there it was in my parts box which i must have bought about 15 years ago. Just in Case...lol A genuine volvo 240 wiper motor { used But great condition } which is now fitted after grease etc....And on another up side a have one to refurbish a my leisure.. OH and that thread by Juular is brilliant,,,Regards Adrian.. Also found a pair of rear discs....!!!!
