Default FOR SALE: Fully Restored 1972 Volvo 1800ES

1972 Volvo 1800ES 2.0 petrol fuel injection 124hp, 4 speed manual gearbox with overdrive. Finished in alpine blue metallic with original black leather interior and gold fabric carpet. First registered 7th January 1972. The production number is 427 of 8077, therefore the vehicle is one of the first in the production run completed 26 November 1971 per Volvo UK, with an Engine no: 187 and Body no: 492. Even though MOT exempt, it has a current MOT until 22 June 2024. The car has undergone an extensive body and mechanical restoration, complete with over 800 photos of the restoration from 2012 to 2023. Mileage is 64,000 corroborated by the previous owner. We have some early history and all of the restoration/ new parts bills from 2012 to date. The car has undergone an acid dip and strip in 2013, respray in 2017 and further respray/underseal in 2023 and full component and engine rebuild with unleaded valve seats. The B20E was always quoted at 135 bhp in the UK. The USA versions were 124bhp
