Default I want to build a 500bhp 850 t5 estate

Hi people can you help me !

I want to build a 500bhp 850 t5 estate.

I have already started
the car came stripped out with a roll cage fitted 2 bucket seats and is on gab coil overs .
I have now upgraded all brakes to new 330mm 4pot brakes all round with braided
Lines and completely rebuilt all the front end steering and bushes and fitted iPd sway bars front and back .

New fuel pump and fuel lines fitted and Battery relocated to the boot .

So what I need now is somebody to build me a 500bhp capable engine to put in my car .
I am going to be taking the engine out of the car in the next few weeks and I am looking for someone who can take this on as a project for me .
I can supply the parts or the person building it can and I will pay for the parts and labour .
I am in no rush for it to be built as it will be summer next year before it’s needed back in the car

So !!!!!
Anyone up for it / know who can do it

Thanks Andy

Interested to follow this. I’ve been toying with the idea of buying an old t5 engine and rebuilding it with forged rods. However its too much for me and would be interested in paying someone also

Given 117 people have viewed the thread and only one reply, you may be better off posting on the T5D5 forum as I believe that is where the serious modders are.

Tim Williams from Coalville has a very good reputation and knows the T5 engine inside out. He would be worth talking to - difficult to contact as he is always busy, but he is on facebook.

Both considered amongst the best T5 builders in the UK. Definitely be looking at them. Worth noting that both are exceptionally busy though, as a result of this.

Maybe the Ford specialist would be able to build you a good motor as well ? I know the Focus ST/RS scene is quite big in the UK

Those Focus ST and RSs have the same engine as the now discontinued small Volvo T5s. That is a totally different engine to those in any of the larger T5s and Rs.
