XC40 Care Key Limit

I have just taken delivery of my new company car, a XC40, it has only been supplied with 2 Care Keys, and the company have speed limited it to 69mph, which is actually only 66/67 mph, is there anyway to remove this restriction without the main key?

As far as I can tell you need a normal key to unlock the settings that allow you to change info for the care key.

That really sucks, I would love an XC40 as a company car but not limited like that.
My Company Passat has a full telemetrics tracker on it that logs everything but it does not limit the speed.

Is that a business use Only car?
