Default 2011 T6 AWD now FWD after haldex4 service ???

Thought I’d be a good owner and service the Haldex unit clean filter + oil … now I no longer have AWD system so FWD only not ideal in wet conditions with 330BHP+ …. Gutted should never have touched it oil was pretty clean … only reason as the previous owner stated he hadn’t done it but had replaced all other oil/fluids in the Volvo at 80kms might well be off to the Volvo workshop $$$$

I changed the fluid and seals in mine with no issues. What are the symptoms? Is the Haldex no longer visible to the car at all or are there some specific fault codes? Have you re-checked/cleaned the plug connector to the Haldex?

Did you replace the seals and if so take care to get them in the right order (they look the same but are slightly different sizes)? Did you set the fluid level correctly with the car level after a short drive?

The following may help...
