Well..... got the shocks and they were the wrong ones when the seller insisted they were the correct ones, mine are a little more chunkier.
And the dpf... looked I see if I could weld it up but it's totally rotten so going to order one over the next few days

Hi
I fitted a DPf from here on my V50. Came with everything including the pressure sensor metal pipes. Seems well made and a lot cheaper than volvo. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-FOCUS...8AAOSwl9BWGg~M Iain |

Hi, I'd be really interested to know how you get on with this DPF, there are plenty of warnings against after market DPFs but I'm not convinced that they are warranted.
I have just bought a V50 2.0l at 71,000 miles and I am aware the service schedule states replace the DPF at 75,000 miles. Does everyone do this regardless or do people wait until it actually shows that it is needing replacement? Are there any risks with not replacing it until symptoms show? |

If it keeps on blocking up I would get it seen to ASAP as it can effect the turbo and in return effect your pockets more.
