Hi, replacement genuine volvo disk came today and works fine. Again manyv thanks to all. I have requested a refund on the copy, which although current, will nor read.

Hi, it was £39. The year is 2016 and disk A.
It does appear that as Swissxc90 says, the sat nav reader gets 'tired' and needs a genuine volvo disk to work. Good luck |

True of any CD or DVD player that uses lasers - which is all of them - my one in my computer here at my desk is suffering the same problem
