Default 1 month of ownership review + looking for opinions

Have now owned the 2017 S60 for a bit over a month and have covered just under 5500Km.
Overall very happy with the car. Fuel economy a bit worse than my previous car. Listing only my gripes thus far (good stuff is too much to list )
Listed by order of importance

- Auto Dimming lamps
I don't have this option, but is something I really wanted. Obviously my fault as I should have paid attention when ordering. It is sort of hidden in the options list!! and only after figuring out I didn't have it and searching did I find out it is part of the driver assist package. I would gladly have paid the extra.
- Stiff R-Design suspension
Suspension is a bit stiff, not that the stiffness bothers. Problem is the car just doesn't see planted in corners and a bit unnerving over larger bumps. Was lucky enough to drive a polestar v60 and even though stiff was confidence inspiring.
Was wondering if anyone has gone to the polestar suspension or whatever else is available??
- Road noise
Tyres are extremely loud, especially over concrete. Will obviously not be swapping the Continental Sport Contact 5 until they're warn, but am wondering what experience people have with other brands (in size 19")? Might actually try soundproofing the boot and wheel arches with Dynamat to see if it helps.

Thanks
Paulo

The R-Design suspension is a little hard, although I don't suffer any issues during cornering. I wish Volvo would do a BMW and offer an R-Design but with the option to delete the harder suspension.

I've just got a 2014 S60 D5 R-design with everything Inc DSP and find the suspension quite pleasant compared to my previous coupe! I also have the 19" wheels too. Out of curiosity what sort of MPG are you getting? I got 50mpg on my last run, which was a mixture of start-stop traffic, some motorways and horrible village a-roads.
