I have a very big feeling that temperature plays a big part in my issue, the reason being, it was cooler over the last few days so when I used the car yesterday morning and there was hardly a balance issue at all, so i think the warmer days is when the stuff "melts" some and drops to the bottom, then cools and the stuff sticks to the bottom and that's when the balance issue starts until the tyre warms up for it to melt again and distribute around the tyre again

I have seen what tyre weld is like when the tyre is removed, its like thousands of loose, small rubber pieces, although i cant remember if it was actually tyre weld or another name though...
