Dipped headlight problem.
My XC90 was showing a faulty dipped headlight problem yesterday. When ignition was on but engine not started all dipped lights were on but once engine running driver dipped headlight went out and warning cam on on dashboard. Today none of my dipped headlights are working. I have checked fuses, all ok, but can't check bulbs until tomorrow. Are both lights likely to fuse at once. Any help appreciated

It's entirely possible for both dipped beam bulbs to fail at a similar time, especially if they are both the original bulbs. They're on more or less all the time the car is running so have a limited lifespan.
Best to always renew in pairs as the new bulb will appear much brighter than the old bulb if replaced singly. Also the olld one won't be far behind!
