I can't imagine the monster that is called Infiniti FX35. Do you see the same?
Yes,I follow your reasoning.

The FX35 looks OK, although rather bland interior.A bit like Hyundai ix35 copy - or should that be the other way round!

None taken. I loved the look of my last car, a Nissan Qashqai, the original crossover much copied since by many non-Japanese manufacturers. Maybe a "cheap design" but with all the features (except City Safety) of my XC60 at a little over half the cost, including 4 wheel drive and a CVT gearbox.

I had black leather on my Qashqai. Guess what I've got on the XC60?

Did you not find getting in and out of the Qashqai difficult? The door opening is rather small and low?

Yes, I know. I think the design issue here is related more to culture and background. To say, all contemporary artists/designers Knew very well how to draw a classical portrait of human figure before they went abstract, they did not simply jump into it! Do you remember the looks of old Hondas or Datsuns?
Does this make sense?

I know which I prefer! Used to own a Datsun and my second car is a Hyundai. Guess this is saying a lot about me, but nothing I'm concerned about

Never really liked the look of old Datsuns circa mid 80's 90's although liked the earlier ones. In fact we had a 120A F11 like this here
