Nivomats supplier
Evening all,
Again, I’m struggling with conflicting information. I have a leaking Nivomat on my V70 D4 Rdesign MY13. Can it be confirmed if these need to be replaced in pairs? And is it correct Volvo are the only source for replacements? I’ve had a look and it would be appear the answer is yes to both My questions, but as ever there are some that say no. As yet This forum has never let me down when it comes to sniffing out the truth Thanks in advance for any help. For info, the Volvo part number on my car is 31255534 Terry. |

update for anyone looking,
As you all know FRF Volvo, are excellent and they have come up top again with sorting this out. Excellent discount (still eyewateringly expensive for a shock absorber) And overnight delivery. As a side note, if anyone has nivomats and the rubber bellows have deteriorated, the main cause of failure due to contamination taking out the seals, I have managed to find a bellow kit for replacing them. A much cheaper alternative to replacement. The part number is not listed for V/XC70 but they are identical and fit perfectly. Terry |
