Default Antiskid steering sensor warning

Sorry to ask this one as I see it's a popular one

Anyone help point me towards the most likely components needed

I've plugged Vida in and got the following non reset able errors;
BCM0109 communication between communicating control units SAS internal fault
BCM0115 communication between communicating control units SAS signal missing
SAS 0024 steering angle sensor signal missing

Can I run any tests on vida or other test gear to determine exactly what's needed

The only time i had an anti skid warning was on my old s60 ,which turned out to be the cv joint.

May not be pertinent here, but I believe the Climate control's Air Quality Sensor can cause various CAN communication issues if faulty/not an original part.

The sas module is behind the steering wheel, you can get occasional errors which usually reset themselves and usually when your moving the steering full lock, from a vague guess perhaps something has come adrift with the connection to the sas, have you tried taking the wheel off to have a look ?, could be the module is dead, theyre about £200 ish , i had mine replaced some years back after more persistent error messages, and there is a recal routine that needs running from vida if you replace the module..

Problem now solved.

I bought a replacement clockspring, complete with the SAS on the back.

Turns out the previous owner had bought and fitted 2 clocksprings without the SAS, so no wonder it was seeing an error.

Correct part fitted, and reset everything with my code reader, and bingo....No Antiskid warning.
