Volvo 262c for spares in Wisbech - on F'book
Hi, just noticed this in my FB feed when searching for a Volvo.
The ad's showing as over a week old but if someone needed specific parts it might still be helpful. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...39921460110976 Pics are from the FB page so not too sharp.

A shame it’s breaking that car is very rare now and should be saved and restored. It should be sold as a complete car.

Indeed only a few hundred were sold in this country so the ones left could be counted on one hand ... as rare as early 343 !

I can't believe that 262c was ever lifted as 'just' an out of MOT scrap car, it may have been in someone's garage or garden for a few years perhaps. Whatever the reason, it's a crying shame that it's ended up in that condition - there's a lot of people would love to restore it.

Yup, it`ll be on the track this year. I have a RHD spares one too and the banger boys are itching to get their hands on it. Mines a pretty good shell as well but I need the spares and it has been restored before so god knows what horrors are under the skin. It will be a shell by the time I`m finished with it but they have enough 240 bits to stick running gear and a Ford V6 in it.
