It won't be the turbos , i guess the crankcase is pressurising due to a fault with the breather in the cam cover . But cant help any further without being there.. It needs proper diagnosing .. not changing rubber gaskets all the time ...

You are perfectly right. The pressure still build in the crankcase and when i blow in the crankcase vent the air in going free in. So i will change the rocker cover because this having the oil separator box and venting integrated so probably the vent valve it is broken in this case(if there is a valve).
Do you think this is the issue Clan?

possibly , but confirm it once you have the cover off ... by trying to blow from the inside of the cover outwards through the breather box .

I will replace it Saturday as i’m booked to a garage. I will let you know how it’s going. So the air should go freely in both ways? Or there is a one way valve ?inside?

Hello Clan

Just replaced the rocker cover on Saturday. The garage has re-seal the aluminium cover next to the rocker cover and now looking to don’t have the leak anymore.
Driven 100miles on 2 days and no more leak so I’m happy.
Don’t know what exactly the issue was the rocker cover or the aluminium cover but all good now when I don’t see the oil come off again.

Thanks again for your help.

Default Same problem.

So I just picked up a V60 D4 last week, EML was on and code was for the egr. I cleaned it and took it to Volvo for a free software ' update' when I cleaned it I wiped the codes on Vida and the elm came straight back so suspicious of Volvo's software update, surely it's just tricking the ECU into not throwing a code? Anyway car is now leaking oil from the cam cover. Clan what parts do I need if I replace the cam cover and gasket? Cover, gasket and 4 injector seals?

is there pressure building up in the cam cover ?

Yes a rubber seal and 4 injector mounting kits ...

you need to know exactly where the oil is coming from before you do anything ..

So if I take small rubber hose off from the airbox pipe and blow into it what should happen? The one between the cam cover and induction pipe.
