4 wheel trims wanted for 1972 144GL

Hi, I struggled for ages to find a good set of trim rings for my 1800ES which are the same as yours, most are in poor condition and scuffed. I eventually found a pristine set on Ebay for £50, very lucky!.

However, Brookhouse Volvo sell a set of 4 genuine reproduction ones for £200, and I have just done a quick Ebay search for 15" chrome trims and found these for £30!!

As a friend also wants a set for his 144 I looked at the compatibility chart on the advert, and it says NOT compatible for Volvo 140s or 164, which is why I was interested.
Good price even if repro, but look to see if they will fit your car before ordering.

I have managed to find a set of wheel trims for our 144 for £30. Ok they are plastic chrome not metal but they fit and look good. Bought on ebay from Bolt on Bits of Birkenshaw. I actually went to the store to check they fit and the service was superb. I think they are now going to list them for the 140 range.
