The temp issue seems to be fixed with a new sensor. While changing that I also swapped the short piece of rubber fuel hose before the filter housing to a piece of see-through hose.

After the engine bay warms up a little, there's significantly less air so propably some rubber part gone bad. Do I need a new filter housing or is it serviceable? Didn't seem like that.
