  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

not much info on where this fits

looking on youtube is it behind floating dash
which parts do I have to remove

I think its behind the glovebox, might be one of those not so easy jobs. ill post some info, have you tried searching the forum, will be the same as on S40 C30 models.

its behind the centre console under the glove box its a tight acess which requires removal of several parts. allow abt an hour if its your first time doing this . but it helps if you are of smaller build .

Have my V50 in the garage. They've removed the fuse holder/CEM unit to gain access to change the pollen filter. On refitting the fuse holder/CEM unit, the dashboard lights now work for about a minute and then go dark, showing a couple of warning lights only (gauges etc not illuminated). Apparently this is a common problem with a V50. They have tried cleaning elec connections to the fuse holder/CEM unit. Is this a common problem? Many thanks
