Fitting fornt fog lights

Does anyone know if the wiring loom is there for the front fog lights on cars not equiped with them, I know sometimes the loom and plugs are present on certain cars for other things like electric seats etc, basically I would like to fit front fogs to my 850 (original Volvo) the round ones that sit in the lower part of the bumper, but if its going to be a lot of work I wont bother
Has anyone ever done this?

im breaking one so if you find out how hard its going to be let me know what bits you need will pull out the wires one lamp broken
