I believe a few of the guys on here have fitted the Ford Focus ST Intercooler to their 2.0d's which, with re-map, will add a few bhp. Worth a search in the S40/V50 section.

it depends on how far your wanting to go and how much you want to spend. I spent about £2k on my mods so far because to go further will mean changing allot more parts so you don't kill your car.
-Remap, -K&N drop in air filter with cold intake induction mod to box + turbulent channel piping, -Custom Exhaust system -ford st inter cooler (which has not made any noticeable difference) -you can edit the rev sensor for more response when you put your foot down but only after exhaust system mod anything else you would start giving you engine issues without major upgrades. |
