S60 Sunshade/Sunroof Problem

Afternoon all,

I know sunroof threads have been done before and I apologise for that but I don't think there's anything relating to this exact problem before.

My sunshade was stuck, suggesting it had come off track. It would only open if I opened the sunroof, and would pull closed again with the glass. I missed having the shade open and being able to use the tilt setting so today I pulled some bits off to see what was what.

The accordion shaped side trim was sitting further back than it should, and has ripped when the roof opened:


The track guide looks to have lost a tab...


...and ripped into this lower piece of trim, not sure how it originally fits in, but it had to come out to get the shade to move:



Plan is to get new parts and try to re-fit, is it going to be this simple? So far I haven't had to take the glass out, will I have to in order to fit the new lower trim? And what does this lower trim actually do?
