Hi if you mean getting the glass flush with the roof itself once closed? If so there are some small bolts which fix to the base of the sunroof via a lip front and back both sides. This can be accessed by taking away the side trim on both sides of the sunroof. It comes away in like strips.
I replaced a whole sunroof anf ppd cassette last year but didn't adjust it, Dan |

I think what's happend is thay have removed the glass with by undoing the bolts that Daniel Mossey described and haven't tightened them properly or missed one when refitting.
To get access the "scissor" trim for removal you need to put the sunroof in the position where the rear end is raised, and you might have to give it a helping hand. This is the guide I used for mine. http://volvospeed.com/volvo_repairs_...t_removal.html The sunroof had been out of use for years and held shut with a bodged clip, all for the want of tightening a couple of bolts.
