Humans must be a social animal and want to be part of a group.

Since I got the new car I no longer frequent supermarkets unless I stay with the car. I now use Costco, all of their spaces are large enough for a small tank.

Its worth the entry fee alone not to mention really cheap tyres.

Talking

talking of dents away - i went to park my car only to find the only parking space had a car just over the white line ( why cant others park in the box )
any way i got my car in then went in the shop when i came out there were two spaces free on my drivers side. but one woman driver decided to park next to mine. clearly she felt i should of parked in the box as i had done with the car that id parked next too however she did her very best too get her car as close too mine as she could so just in case i filmed her on the phone just in case well the just in case happend, shed hit the mirror so i went to speek to her. she didnt want too go through insurance so i phoned volvo for price for part £200 oooch. however she went to the cash dispencer and id got £200. very nice i thought. she walked off not to happy so i got in car by the passenger side and moved forwerd and herd a dull thud then i realised the 7lb lump hammer id just got from BQ and placed next to my rear wheel had got stuck under my wheel and had been fliped up at her car (ouch) big dint.
i drove off after getting my hammer back. as for my mirrow it just cliped back together not a scratch. my mate is a dents away man, with his own van so i left his number. about a month later guess who phoned him........ LOL.

That would figure. The one near me is right opposite a huge Ford/Kia/Mazda dealer.

So I'm I right in saying from your description, you took £200 from her when she had not actually damaged your car, yet you dented her car and drove off?

So Teejay, are you thinking, like me, that griffin41 has not exactly covered himself in glory here? Rather than decrying the act of denting others cars he is in fact a perpertrator of said heinous crimes? I for one certainly hope I never have the misfortune to park next to him.

And it sounds like the damage that he inflicted, taking pleasure in doing so, was not something that could be described as minor, able to be repaired by the original subject of this thread.

Like you, I will look carefully around the carpark and keep clear of any XC60 should I ever need to visit the Derby area (thankfully cannot see that happening )

That is assuming he owns an XC60 ... (or even a Volvo)

...or even a brain. Clearly he doesn't own a sense of decency.
