Stereo/DVD: - Hu-605 Off problem

Hi,
Recently I've bought a HU-605 radio for my S40 Phase II. I've connected everything correctly but it seems to be permanently blocked.

After the first switch on there was no "Insert code" text on the screen. From the begging there is a "OFF" text. As the manual said I've left the radio on and the ignition on at position I for 2 hours, but there was no reaction.
At the second try I've disconnected the battery for few minutes and followed the manual once again but again nothing happened.

Today I'm trying to leave it like this for 8 hours straight.

Have anybody had a similar problem? Any solutions? Radio looks amazing at the cockpit but if it won't work I guess I'll need to say sorry to my previous LG radio.

been trying this for couple months, today got it working. where the guy turns off red light off I couldn't get my head round, instead of this I disconnect radio leads wait few seconds ,,,reconnect leads ,,,input code shows,,,

so it works also code for radio is shown and no 2hour wait
