Hi all. New to the forum. I have just bought a 2010 Volvo v50 r design 2.0d 177bhp d4. It has a running problem. It’s struggling starting then when it does start it cuts out unless you hold the revs at 3000. Had a mechanic look at it and have been told it’s running on 2 and that only 2 injectors are pulsing. Can anyone help or has anyone Experienced this before. Thanks.

Sadly a weak point on V50. Its a dealer fix and not cheap either. The new injectors have to be coded to the motor.
