Default 2002 v40 1.9d rolling idle need help

HELP

I have customer that has dropped off a 2002 V40 1.9L DIESEL
That has a rolling idle and will stall out.
This is a car that was built for Spain and imported to the United States.
This is a really nice car that we dont get in the US so I dont have scan tool software
that will communicate with the car or any repair book info.

you can get a lot of data with a Bluetooth obd2 dongle and torque app,
fuel filter, and look for any air leak/split pipes,
test the MAF,
