Hmmmmm...Bit of a Sore Topic This one!

At the moment I'm very happy with my dealer (although it is 90 miles away). Service was within 30p (50euro cent) of what they said it was going to be, and they replaced the rear discs and pads under warrenty 'as they looked like they were wearing to quickly'. Great service, and worth the traveling time to get there. For all cloggies it's Zwettegarage in Sneek.

I have to say that my 'local' dealer is also very good, we have had our differences but they do care about their customers and work hard for them, they are Beckland Motor Company in Birmigham, UK and while I have had to have my car carried back their on a truck three times while they tried to find out what was wrong, they always kept me informed, and gave me a lovely S60 2.0T to trundle around in, and I will buy from them again - maybe an S60R or XC90.

I became a customer of theirs when my slightly more local dealer in Warwick closed, and I was 'just' a service customer on a 97/P S70 which just had regualr services, so not loads of money, but after haggling them out of £2K for my current ride, 99 S80 T6, and then the warranty company shelling out about £6K putting it right, we have seen a lot of each other, and they are a caring bunch.
