Question Bluetooth and incommig calls

Hi

I have recently purchased a V60 on a 64 plate. I have paired my mobile with the car via bluetooth but when I receive or make a call I can just about here the person talking. The ringtone is loud but as soon as the mobile is answered it is hard to hear them. I have turned the sound up on both car and mobile but it's just the same. If I play music from my mobile via bluetooth on the car its fine. I have checked all of the things that need turning up.

Does anyone have any ideas or something that I have missed
Thank you
