Default front diff issues

I'm wondering if I might have a problem with the front of the car, I have a M/Y 2014 V60 Hybrid D6, I have noticed when on a tight turn when manoeuvring the car its as if the diff is locking up.
I would just pop along a dealer but my nearest is 225 miles away and 14 hours on a ferry.

really just wondering if it is a problem or not?
