Your patch subscription is probably out of date and the fix is mentioned many times on the forum.

On mine, the password for VIDA is 'admin' rather than '1'.

Have a look at this thread, post #6 in particular if 'admin' doesn't get you in.

You are the quality control for the eBay sellers so not a surprise at all.
You could send it back and chance another dead Dice or you could buy one of mine. I test every one so every buyer receives a guaranteed working Dice. Plug it in and you're done.

Well Simon. Quality control for ebay...thats funny.
Its not another its the same. and you dont know the story behind it. So how much you charge for the ones you sell? I just hope you make them yourself..... Mine has a message saying ... self diagnostic connector is not attached...what ever that means |

I have seen some heroic accounts of getting VIDA to work all over the web. The last thing you need to become expert on when the car needs help is software incompatibilities. Simon's stuff worked for me, no aggravation.

Well i just got it running.....after all not only the ones that Simon sell are good..... dont get me wrong i agree with Simon at least he is here and its easier to solve the problem specially with his warranty. I guess the problem was the user...lol. but it was tricky to solve it. But simple.
