Default S60 Fuel Consumption

Hi there,

Last year I bought my new 2016 S60 T4 Rdesign 6sp auto.

I've been driving around the city for the past year I would like to know if 11l/100km is reasonable consumption mixed. The specs mention 5.8l/100km.
on highway driving I've (once) managed to keep it "down" at 7l/100km with the cruise control at 120km/h.

How are the other owners doing?

Thanks

Hi,

Had to covert your l/100kms to mpg but for that engine sounds about right.

See https://www.honestjohn.co.uk/realmpg.../t4-powershift

Incidentally I have a V60 T3 manual and the trip computer mpg is pretty much spot on averaging 35mpg mixed (8l/100km)

The auto is more thirsty

If your annual miles are low console yourself that you won't have any hefty diesel engine related garage bills to fork out for.
