Default vehicle colour

Hello.

I have a ex - police 2011 v70 and cannot find the vehicle plate anywhere which has the colour code on it. Are the ex - police cars ice white colour ?

Have you tried contacting you volvo main dealer ? The should be able to tell you the correct colour from the vin number. Failing that visit a local paint factor and they should be able to check the colour against their colour swatches supplied by paint manufacturers and supply quality paint in aerosol if needed.

Register on https://my.volvocars.com/uk/

and you'll get the full spec for your car, my wife's ex plod T6 V70 is listed as being "WHITE SOLID ICE WHITE"

There should be a sticker on the B pillar, on the rear drivers door side which has the VIN and other info on it. In the bottom right hand corner will be a number similar to 123-45. The 123 refers to the paint code!

tt82's correct. I went to a good, established body shop and the guys there didn't know the paint/body placards were on the B pillar. They're smaller, matte black plastic stickers. Look low.
