v90 D4 Polestar vs other remap?

Has any one out there tried a v90 D4 with the polestar upgrade vs another remap from a third party? Id love to know how someone felt they compared to each other

I was asking about Stage 1 of remap and that what answer i got

Volvo S90 / V90 2.0 D4 - 190hp

Stage 1

Power: 190 235 hp +45
Torque: 400 470 nm +70

Basically they give you d5 for £400.

Also car is checked on dyno before and after.

So that's a big power increase for little outlay and seems good value.

However, there is the issue of the 'laggy' gearbox.

For me, I found the gearbox very laggy, so to speak.

The Polestar upgrade fixed this, however very little power increase.

Warranty issues aside, the gearbox issue is something to consider

I did a similar upgrade. 225 hp and 475 nm

But because of the gearbox lag, i kinda "edited" (sort of speaking) the already done Polestar optimisation. I rewrote (remapped) the Polestar Engineered Optimisation software but only the power figures. Everything rest, like the changes on the gearbox, were left unchanged.
