should change it every 30k there abouts these extended services times are a way to get the routine service down, but its not always good idea to push the limit.

I personally wouldn't use German/swedish use europarts instead or pop ino a bosch dealer and get the real mccoy filter.

out of interest halfords do them for 18 quid vat included.

Just about time to change mine then, i brought it with 70k (if it was changed before)
