AndyB999 New Member Last Online: Feb 21st, 2024 16:38 Join Date: Nov 2019 Location: Bicester	My 850 sticking speedo Hi folks, this is my first time posting, so bare with me! I have a 1996 850 estate GLT 2.5 10 valve auto. I have only had it a few weeks and a, in the process of renovating it. However. My speedo will only go to 47 MPH of you go much faster it returns to zero! I have fitted an new dials panel and no difference. From reading blogs etc I notice that the abs module and abs sensors seem to be key to speedos. I have tried the trick of turning car off whilst driving and then on again which works for a while with the tracs light. I don’t have the abs light come on all the time only intermittently. Could the sensors or module still be the cause? As the only blogs I have read are when it just stops working, which mine hasn’t done. Please help as I don’t know where to look next to fix it. Thank you.
