Default V50 won't start

I brought a 2009 V50 1.6d. The ad advised the car was not running due to a leaking injector on the number 2 cylinder. The previous owner said he did the replacement and the problem still persisted and that the injector could also need coding to the car with a VIDA. He also advised he removed the Central Locking Module fuse 56 in the passenger compartment because the alarm was draining the battery.
Since getting the vehicle home I've tried to start it and the injector seems dry with no leaks. I've been able to get an OBD reader and got the following faults:-

CENTRAL ELECTRONIC MODULE (CEM)
DTC code DE29 - Communication with CCM control module signal missing.
DTC code 8F22 - Wiper Motor Module (WMM) voltage too low.

CENTRAL ELECTRONIC MODULE B (CEM-HS)
DTC code DD1B - Communication with SCM control module signal missing.
DTC code DD1A - Communication with RRX control module signal missing.
DTC code 9D01 - Communication with RRX control module communicational problems.
DTC code 2E01 - Relay horn signal to low
DTC code DF01 - CAN-H low speed network signal missing.

I then erased all messages, fitted the Central Locking Module fuse 56, and turned the engine over. It still didn't start and there's no sign of a diesel leak at the #2 injector (the injector does look shiney and new).

I reread the faults again and got the following faults:-
CENTRAL ELECTRONIC MODULE
DTC code DF11 - CAN-H high speed network signal missing.
DTC code 0115 - Engine coolant temperature sensor 1 circuit.

Faults erased again, engine turns over, but will not start..........

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

I removed CEM. Cleaned up all contacts, cleaned all fuse spades, and relay spades on both the CEM and engine compartment fuse box, still no luck. It turns over but won't start.
Using my Autel diagnostic tool I'm now getting:-

CENTRAL ELECTRONIC MODULE (CEM)
DTC code DF11 - CAN-H high speed network signal missing.

CENTRAL ELECTRONIC MODULE B (CEM-HS)
DTC code DF01 - CAN-H low speed network signal missing.

Also, been told it may be that the #2 cylinder injector that has been replaced by the previous owner; as it hasn't been programmed/coded to the car, it could be causing the car not to start. Could this be so?

Have cracked open the feed to the injector and it signs of diesel getting to it when cranking the engine over.

Anyone any further ideas or help? Thanks in advance.

Hi
I had a lot of communication faults on my 2005 V50. The car was still running fine but sometimes up to 20 can faults were logged.
I replaced the pins in the CEM plugs for the Data network and all those faults disappeared.
There were 2 pins in each of 3 CEM plugs. 6 pins in total.
I am not sure what years were affected by this issue, worth an investigate??
I posted a description of the work I did to resolve.

Worth trying to fault find with VIDA as it can give a more precise fault diagnosis

My v50 2009 diesel wouldn’t start and turned out to be the EGR valve. It had come apart inside so even unplugged it still wouldn’t start.
