M47 propshaft length
Hi all, buying this from TJ Stones, but he has a shelf full of different types and needs to know the length of the shaft.
Can someone with an M47 measure from the rubber drive coupling back to the diff? I currently have an M45 in so can't help him out. Appreciate any help that you can give Cap

57 1/2 " from the rear face of the rubber coupling to the rear face of the propshaft flange.
That's on the car of course. If you have one on the bench the sliding joint will give you a range of possible lengths. |

Thanks Clifford!
I have just got the M47 in, so this is very timely info. The box I got from James must have come off a 740 or something as the selector rod and stick carrier are too long, so I will stick them on the order from TJs as well. Thanks again! Rob
