just to clarify Its a set of volvo ROOF BARS that I have, these are the ones that attach directly to the roof rails on a V40, if your V40 doesn't have roof rails these won't fit, so you would either get both parts of gatos, or get the roof rails off him and the roof bars off me either way is fine just let me know...

To be honest, you will be better off if you get the roof rails from me and the roof bars that attach to it from Scooby. Or, if you are unsure, then I will show you tomorrow what I mean and you can make up your mind.

yes you are absolutely right gatos, silly me.....so i can keep you both happy. long v40 rails, boot nodule, and repeater from gatos, cross bars from scoobysn7x...do you both concur....
If so ill try to sort out paypal now with scoobysn 7x for bars...

It's not about us being happy. It is about you getting what you actually need and what will make your life easy. If it was me personally, then yes, I would skip my roof bars for Scooby's as it is a lot simpler. When you come tomorrow, I will show you a trick of how to remove the roof rails.
