bigegg7583 New Member Last Online: Nov 13th, 2020 14:27 Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Leeds	fitting a towbar. i've just bought a 52 plate (p2) v70 2.4 140. i've also been given a towbar: but no bolts or electrics. reading around suggests i will have to remove the bumper, anx cut a slot (easy enough). but... what size bolts? do i need nuts?compression tubes through chassis? strengthening plate in boot? i'll need a socket + loom, and i'm led to believe i might need a "towing module" - but one might be fitted. am i as well buying a universal loom + relay box? or going to dealer? has anyone got some instructions? the ones on volvo cars don"t match my bar.
