That's Gareth and I'm the one ****ting myself in the passenger seat, had been passed at roughly 170mph by a Ferrari 360 and Porsche GT2 racing eachother and I think that was just about enough to finish me off :)

Gareth's not THAT young..I'm worse :) He has 2 kids and a woman!

Im guessing you werent as scared as I was last summer being taken for a trip in a totally stock 'E' plate 1.0 mini city down a huge hill at 85mph. Doesnt sound scary...but it IS..especially as we had had the brakes off that morning :)

Anyway, I must meet some of you crazy kids some time. AFAIK its only me and Pete M down here in the south west, but if you folk are heading down this way for an event or whatever, we should be able to sort something out. Unfortunatly, I joined the forum just after the haynes trip. :(

I also need to point out that these videos were filmed on a private road away from the public highway.

The craziest place i've been to in Enland has to Machester. The drivers are complete nutters.... COOL! ;)

Would that be the same variety of private road which clearly has a 40 limit sign in the 0-60 run video? :)

The irony is that when we go out locally for a late night drive the only 40+ roads for miles are lanes - and which is safer?! still the lanes are fun - 50mph with the undergrowth hitting both sides of the car :)
