S60 T5 54 (05 facelift)
Hi I am selling my s60 T5 geartronic as I am not able to fix the bits needed to bring it back up to scratch, Im currently in the postion of living back at my sisters due to getting divorced and cant justify using the car. so here goes
2004 (55 facelift) Ex-police geartronic in plod white 111,000 miles Black leather interior (excluding door cards) 18" Nebula alloys Engine and turbo in excellent condition, no leaks, knocks, bangs or smoking Bad points.. Roof could do with a repaint Front pads and discs need replacing Top mounts on suspension need replacing Slight flare on box between 3-4 but cant confirm if box has ever been flushed. Electrical fault with rear sidelights. As you can see I have been as honest as i possibly can, i understand it needs some work doing but with a little TlC and money this car will do someone proud, I just wished I was in a position to do this. I am looking for £1900 ovno Its currently mot'd and taxed but It will be sorn'd from tomorrow. If there are any problems please do not hesitate to ask http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o3/andy708/volvo/ If one of the mods could help me with putting up my pictures i would be greatfully appreciated? I will try take some more pics shortly Thank you Andy

Now open to offers, Cant afford to keep it insured so it has to go. It still has 5 months tax on it and 3 months mot and will be keeping the tax on it now.
Regards

i dont know what financial position you are in but some of the problems you describe aren't major, anybody thats looking at an ex plod will understand the roof requiring respray/not being perfect
the rear light fault is probably the wiring has been cut, which is an easy fix with a multimeter and a bit of patience unless they previously worked whilst in your pocession alex

Hi Graingey, I've got lots going on inc ex wife and a house im having to pay for which im not living in etc and loads more but wont bore you with it.
Car electrics were fine and about 7months ago the rear lights started to flash upon locking the car. I figured out that if i unplug the wire to the boot lid from the REM then it would stop this problem so have just been using it like that. If it was financially viable for me to keep it I would as I love the car and my last one was an S60 but at the moment I'm struggling to make ends meet, at risk of losing my house and my health is suffering from the worry of it all. You could call it drastic but if it loosens the noose from around my neck so be it. Regards Andy
