Default Battery " LOW VOLTAGE "

I am trying to get to the bottom of an annoying little issue, if I sit in my car for a few minutes with the radio playing but the engine off I get a "LOW VOLTAGE " message appear on the dash and then shortly afterwards everything shuts down, this also happens if I have the interior light on. I have tried the run the engine and unplug the little connector that is attached to a small square block on the negative terminal but this doesn't work either. I have checked battery voltage and its 12.5 to 12.6 volts when left for a couple of hours after the engine has been run and it shows 13.9volts when the car is running, I have had it tested at a local tyre and exhaust and battery depot and they suggested a good run which I did but I'm still getting the message. I am now at a loss, any suggestions.

I had the same issue, after replacing the battery. Did the "home fix" reset. Hasn't happened since that.

Bought a new battery yesterday and fitted it today, Yuasa HSB110 Silver 12V Car Battery 5 Year Guarantee from Halfords with a trade card it came out at £93 its 85Ah 800CCA which is an improvement on the Banner battery previously fitted, I think the price was good also. The BATTERY LOW warning has now gone and hasn't made a reappearance even when leaving the radio on for 20 minutes, previously the message would have appeared and everything would have shut down after a couple of minutes. I also did the reset shown in the YouTube video in apersson850's link.
