Why Foha?
Mine's a Volvo fitted OE spoiler (The first one in your photo). Only says Volvo and PHEBO on it, not Foha... Volvo part number is 1394346. You can see photos of it in my profile.

Good day Morsing
Good for you! I have been looking for these part/accessory for quite sometime already. With the one you have, what is the material made of, rubber, plastic or fiberglass? Can you help me source this part? Btw, the part number you gave me came out as a "bad number" in the computer of the Parts Manager of Volvo here in the Philippines. He said that the part number could have been replaced already. So it would be equally difficult for me to order the part from them. You mentioned why Foha? Foha used to manufacture these spoilers for auto manufacturers as OEM product. |

Hi,
It's made of soft-ish rubber. Mine's a Volvo spoiler not made by Foha. Haha I can't even get basic parts for my car anymore, I certainly wouldn't know how to get a boot spoiler that hasn't been manufactured for two decades Really sorry P.S. The part number is definitely right, it's on this page as well: http://forums.turbobricks.com/archiv.../t-249986.html And a photo of it:

I'm pretty sure there's nowhere you can buy these spoilers new any more, either the FOHA or Pfeba ones, or the Zender one that also had a Volvo part number. Your best bet is to keep an eagle eye on all the potential places where you may see a second hand one come up for sale such as US/UK/German ebay, junkyards, here and turbobricks etc.
If you're not set on the rubber moulded style, some other spoilers can be made to fit - the spoiler from an 850 saloon fits quite well on a 240 trunk from what I've seen..

I'm currently slowly removing a 3 piece rear spoiler as shown in the pictures off of a low mileage saloon.
Sure is glued on well (with metal attachments either end of the boot lid) and if my patience holds and I can get all of it off undamaged, I'll be putting it on e-bay. Just wish I could find a perfect boot lid in the same colour to swap it with as it would save me a lot of extra work. Stuart |

Hi Mark1Stu
I would be very much interested with the spoilers (hope you don't rip it upon its removal). Please let me know. |
