Im running Good Year Eagle F1 Asymmetric on my P3 V70 with 18's. They came well recommended, the ride is frankly wonderful compared to the tired Conti's that came off it and they're very quiet.

Obviously after less than 2 weeks I don't know how well they will wear, but considering how excellently they behave on the car a bit of wear would be a very small price to pay. They were very reasonably priced in the first place so it wouldnt be heartbreaking if they didn't last for aeons,

I've heard that Uniroyal Rain Experts are good on the V70, but have no personal experience.

Thanks for the suggestions.
My V70 runs very nicely on Primacy 4s, and they seem to be quite long-lasting as well.

Default V70 p3 tyres

I have just fitted 245/40/R18 michelin crossclimate 2 tyres all round my 2007 V70 2.5 turbo and they are excellent in all conditions. I've had them on my previous 2 V70 p2s and they were just as good. If you can out-drive them then the fault isn't with the tyres! When I bought the car it had Dunlops which were good but not quite as planted, and recently after I terminally damages a front whilst travelling, I put 2 Coopers on and they were adequate on a warm day and perfectly flat tarmac but they tramlined and got fidgety on bumpy roads and especially in the wet, and wouldn't drive straight at high speed on motorways or dual carriageways. So, don't use Coopers! Didn't get on with pirelli p7s that came on a prev car either. So, michelin crossclimate 2 or maybe pilotsport 4 are good but the crossclimates are def fav.

Forgot to update this but had the Michelins fitted and it drives like a completely different car.

Very very slightly more noisy but other then that they are great and much more compliant and comfortable.

Will look at doing the rears soon I think!
