This is probably too late, but you might like to see how I repaired my clutch master cylinder. It was leaking due to the clip holding the reservoir on to the master cylinder having corroded. https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=193200https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=193200

I've just realised there are two different set-ups. One, like mine, shares the reservoir with the brake cylinder, and has a metal feed pipe to the clutch cylinder. The other has its own plastic reservoir, which indeed is rivetted.
The shared reservoir simply plugs in. Sorry for the confusion. |
